Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns.

Thank you for purchasing our clothing and footwear at the website www.bebqueen.store operated by BEB QUEEN INC, doing business as and under the brand BEBQUEEN (“BEBQUEEN”).

You have been advised and you hereby acknowledge that all pieces of clothing and footwear sold by BEBQUEEN are unique, one-of-a-kind, artistic creations, with each including its own serial number and passport to authenticate them.  The clothing and footwear are individually created, and only one of each piece is ever in existence.  BECAUSE OF THE UNIQUENESS OF THE CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR, BEBQUEEN IS NOT ABLE TO OFFER ANY RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN LIMITED REFUNDS WHEN THE ITEM IS VERIFIABLY DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING.  THEREFORE, PLEASE CAREFULLY INSPECT EACH ITEM OF CLOTHING OR FOOTWEAR YOU ARE PURCHASING BEFORE YOU BUY IT AND BE SURE THE ITEM IS OF THE CORRECT SIZE FOR YOU.  

We hope you are happy with your purchase, and we aim to please our customers with unique designs.  However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, including without limitation, the fit, color or any other reason, you cannot return it for a refund or exchange it.

2. Refunds.

Refunds may be available in limited conditions if the item you purchased is damaged during shipping.  All shipments are insured, and you may be eligible to receive a limited refund if your purchase was damaged in transit through no fault of your own.  

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The item may only be returned in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged by you in any way.  Please contact us at support@bebqueen.com to approve a return.  You must also cooperate with BEBQUEEN as necessary, providing the required information, photographs, and documentation, and otherwise cooperate with BEBQUEEN in making the insurance claim.  We reserve the right to deny a refund to a sender without a prior return approval.  

You must return unopened, undamaged (by you), unaltered, unused, and unwashed items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase and all original tags, accessories and paperwork, as well as proof the item was damaged during shipping.  If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund even if your item was damaged during shipping.  We recommend you ship with tracking and insure the return shipment for its full value because you do not qualify for a refund if the return shipment does not arrive.

After we receive your returned item, we will fully inspect it to determine if it is in the same condition as when it was delivered to you and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will process your return and refund your purchase price up to the total amount paid by the insurance claim (not including shipping and handling charges, insurance fees, and credit card or other processing fees, which will be deducted from the refund) and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method you used for the purchase.  Please allow us at least 15-30 days to process returns from the receipt of your returned item, with international refunds usually taking longer.  Please note that, for credit card payments, refunds may take one to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

If you damaged or altered the product or its packaging in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

No restocking fee will be charged for returns of items damaged during shipping made in accordance with this Return Policy.

3. Exceptions.

BEB QUEEN INC shall not be liable for any breaches or violations that occurred through no fault of BEB QUEEN INC.  Specifically, and without limitation, BEB QUEEN INC shall not be responsible for any damage in transit, late deliveries or shipping delays caused by the shipping service providers.  When ordering, please be mindful that all shipping service providers experience significant delays during the holidays, and the shippers may not deliver your products in a timely manner.

4. Shipping

To return the item you purchased after receiving the return approval, please place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and the return approval, and mail your return the address provided to you in the return approval.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice because shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Credit card and other payment processing fees are also not refundable. Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping and handling charges and insurance. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing additional shipping insurance if your item is worth more than $50.  You are responsible for any loss or damage to your items during return shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping and handling, as well as credit card and other payment processing fees.
